- Dennis Lundtoft Thomsen
- My career in Microsoft consulting started back in 1992, I achieved my first MCP certification in 1994 (Windows NT 3.1 Advanced Server) and I have been a MVP in Communications Server and Lync from 2007-2010.
My work today is primarily in Inceptio A/S and Inceptio Learning Solutions ApS (http://www.inceptiols.com), where I work as a Unified Communications Consultant, Technical Evangelist, educating Microsoft Partners worldwide on Unified Communications, also I'm a Partner, founder and Principal Consultant in the Danish consulting company Inceptio A/S.
I blog, twitter and write articles on UC. Furthermore I have delivered a pre-conference day at Microsoft TechEd “Successfully Deploying and Migrating to Microsoft Lync Server 2010” (Together with Steven Van Houttum).
I have designed, developed and delivered several versions of our Unified Communications Voice Boot Camp; a work that I was awarded for at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference:

Since then I have trained more than 600 people on Unified Communications both using our own material and using Microsoft’s official Unified Communications Voice Ignite material. The Trainer evaluations from these training exceeds 8.5 on a scale from 1-9.
Through Inceptio A/S (a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, Award Winner and member of the VPP (Voice Partner Program)) I have extensive field knowledge deploying, managing and troubleshooting Communications Server. I have designed and implemented Office and Live Communications Server solutions from 1.000 to 50.000 users and I have delivered up to 5.000 user Enterprise Voice Lighthouse implementations.
